Excerpt from this month’s Prayer Calendar.
At this Harvest time, we wrestle with the apparent contradiction of God’s abundant provision and the fact that many children die of hunger and malnutrition in the world (UN Food and Agriculture Org). Please give thanks to God for the many meals Hands of Mercy has served to underweight and malnourished children during the past years through the Supplementary Feeding Programme. Please pray that Hands of Mercy will have enough money to continue feeding these children.
